Frequently asked questions
To qualify as a group, there must be 9 or more guests. Groups of friends, families, colleagues, clients, church members, alumni groups, teachers, firefighters, police officers, military, scouts, or just 9 or more people may be eligible to receive special group benefits.
Digital tickets are utilized at Sphere, and all guests should manage their tickets via Sphere Account Manager.
