Ticketing Information

Tickets for events at Sphere can be purchased on Ticketmaster, which can be accessed via thesphere.com. Tickets can also be purchased in-person onsite at the Sphere concierge, which is open one hour prior to show time. 

Please note, Sphere is a cashless venue and only accepts credit/debit cards or mobile payment, including Google Pay and Apple Pay. 

Accessible seating may be secured through Ticketmaster or by contacting the Sphere Accessibility Services Department here or 725-258-6724, Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PT, and on weekends and holidays from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM PT. On event days, hours are extended beginning one hour prior to showtime through the start ofthe final show.



The onsite Sphere Concierge is available for in-person ticket purchasing. It is located by the Plaza Entry, which is on the east side of the building. The concierge is open on event days at least one hour prior to the film’s start and closes after the film begins. It is not open on days with no events.

Please note, Sphere is a cashless venue and only accepts credit/debit cards or mobile payment, including Google Pay and Apple Pay. 


Sphere uses mobile tickets only. We recommend downloading and adding your tickets to your phone's digital wallet in advance of your arrival. For instructions on how to download your tickets, please visit the ticketing page.

Please check your specific event page to confirm whether any age restrictions have been imposed for your event. All guests, regardless of age, require a ticket to attend all events at Sphere.

Events at Sphere are immersive experiences with various elements, that may include seat haptics, movement sensations, flashing lights, intense lighting, visual effects, loud noises, flying objects, projectiles, pyrotechnics and atmospheric simulations including fog, scent, mist and wind. Such elements may aggravate certain medical or physical conditions, and guests should take into consideration if they have a history of discomfort or physical symptoms when experiencing these elements. If you have any concerns and/or are pregnant, you should consult with your physician prior to attending an immersive experience.


All ticket sales are final – no refunds or exchanges.


There is a limit of 8 tickets per transaction and per purchaser for each film experience, as well as a total limit of 25 The Wizard of Oz at Sphere tickets per purchaser in any calendar year. Click here for Sphere Entertainment’s Ticket Policy.


Group Tickets

To qualify as a group, there must be nine or more guests. Groups of friends, families, colleagues, clients, church members, alumni groups, teachers, firefighters, police officers, military, scouts, or just nine or more people may be eligible to receive special group benefits.

Mobile tickets are utilized at Sphere. Tickets purchased through Sphere’s Group Sales department can be managed via Sphere Account Manager. Please visit mobile ticketing for more information and instructions for downloading Sphere Account Manager.

Arriving at Sphere

Sphere is located at 255 Sands Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89169. Guests can enter the property on foot via Sands Avenue at the West VIP entry for Director's Seat Packages or through the Venetian Bridge stairway for Standard Admission. Additional entrances are located on Westchester Drive, past the Security checkpoint near the black gates. Follow directions to the Plaza Entry on the East side of the building.

We encourage you to arrive early. If driving or arriving by car, please allow for more travel time due to street closures.


On-site Sphere parking is available. Click here to purchase parking. Parking can also be found at Howard Hughes and other local garages. Overnight parking is not permitted.


Rideshare pick up and drop off for Sphere is located to the corner of Manhattan St and Westchester Dr. Upon arrival, the venue entrance is conveniently located across from the rideshare drop off. On event days, Sphere staff will be on-site to direct you to the venue.


Sphere is a “no bag” facility, meaning that large bags and backpacks are not permitted inside the venue. Diaper bags and bags required for medical items as well as small clutches, purses, and fanny packs that are no larger than approximately 6 in. x 6 in. x 2 in. are permitted.

Please note that all bags are subject to additional screening and inspection, either by visual or x-ray technology. If you or someone in your party has additional needs, please contact Guest Relations here or 725-258-6724. 


In order to maintain an enjoyable experience for all guests, video cameras, monopods, tripods, selfie sticks, audio recording devices, and professional cameras (those including telephoto or zoom lenses) are not permitted inside Sphere. Sphere does not provide an area to check bags, coats or any other personal belongings. Members of the media should reach out to [email protected] with any inquiries.  


Laptops and tablets are not permitted inside Sphere. Sphere does not provide an area to check bags, coats or any other personal belongings.


Only service animals are permitted inside Sphere. If you or a member of your party is bringing a service animal, we strongly recommend that you contact the Accessibility Services Department here or 725-258-6724 prior to your event.


Onsite Experience

Sphere is a cashless venue and only accepts credit/debit cards or mobile payment, including Google Pay and Apple Pay. Reverse ATMs, which convert cash into a debit card, are located near the Plaza Concierge, Venetian Bridge, and the escalators on levels 2 and 6 for your convenience.


Free WiFi is available at Sphere. Guests can connect to “Free Sphere WiFi” once onsite.


Cell phone charging stations are located near the escalators on levels 2, 4 and 6.


Food and beverage are available for purchase at Sphere. Please keep in mind that Sphere is a cashless venue and only accepts credit/debit cards or mobile payment, including Google Pay and Apple Pay. Reverse ATMs, which convert cash into a debit card, are located near the escalators on levels 2, 4 and 6 for your convenience.

Outside food and beverage (including sealed cans and bottles) are not permitted inside Sphere.

Yes. Clear, soft plastic, empty bottles are permitted.

Family/all-gender restrooms are located throughout Sphere. Please see a guest experience representative onsite for directions to the nearest location.


Guests may nurse their child in any public location where they are comfortable. Nursing parents seeking more discreet accommodations can utilize the Family Lounges, which are located on levels 2 and 6, or the family/all-gender restrooms located throughout the venue. Breast pumps and associated equipment, and breastmilk, are permitted inside the venue.

All exits are final. Guests are not permitted to leave and then re-enter.

There are two designated Sensory Rooms  – one on level 2 and one on level 6 that are open during public events, subject to availability. Please see your nearest guest experience representative for additional assistance onsite.
